Customers start by taking a short fun style quiz to help LittleBlackBag.com determine a style profile. Is the consumer casual chic like Jessica Biel or downtown glam like Leighton Meester? After the quiz is completed, Little Black Bag offers the customer a personalized shopping gallery full of handbags, jewelry, beauty and more.
The customer can pick a first item from hundreds of designer brands including Steve Madden, Cargo Cosmetics, BCBGeneration and Youngblood. The gallery has so much to offer every fashionista. After the first product is selected, Little Black Bag stylists will then fill the customer’s bag with two or three more fashion items. Then the fun and addictive part begins – the trading. If the customer discovers something that he or she loves more on LittleBlackBag.com after opening the bag, the customer can swap items with other members on the site.
