Meet the Team: SPC MVPs

If you’ve ever met anybody from our team in person, you can probably tell that the Schaaf-PartnerCentric team is one big, happy family.  We’re incredibly proud of our employees and wanted to give you; our valued clients and partners, the chance to get to know our team on a deeper level. We are thrilled to introduce to you a new series, Meet the Team: SPC MVPs! In this monthly post, we will highlight a few of our team members to give more insight into who they are and how our company functions. This month we are excited to introduce you to Lisette, Jessica and Beth!

Director of Client Services, Performance

How long have you worked for SPC?

A combined total of 5 years. (I left for a year, but they couldn’t keep me away long.)

What does your typical day look like?

Every day starts off with a “ROCK huddle”, where we each go around sharing a piece of good news along with our #1 priority for the day.  This really lays the pavement for what my focus of the day will be although there are always curve balls to be thrown. 🙂  After ROCKS, I typically spend my days working closely with our account managers to help drive strategy, ensure clients are happy, and help to build out our performance side of the company.

What do you enjoy most about the industry?

I love that the industry is always changing.  There is always something new to learn, a new publisher model to uncover, new strategies

What movie title would best describe your life?

One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest? Groundhogs Day?? As Good As it Gets? lol, I have a 3 year old and an 8 month old so the title changes depending on the day. 🙂

Is there anything else you want readers to know about you?

I fully believe in the work hard/play hard mentality.  When I’m not at the computer working(hard to pull me away at times) I’m either with my two boys and husband going on adventures, getting together with friends/family, or traveling.

Business Development

How long have you worked at SPC?

It’ll be 5 years come Memorial Day!

What does your typical work day look like?

The Sales & Marketing team does a morning pow-wow to talk about our main priorities for the day, then I start knocking out meetings. I speak to companies of all sizes and types, talk to them about their goals, and see where our services might be a fit. My day is about 85% phone calls and Go To Meetings, and about 15% coordination with my colleagues on an advertiser’s specific use case.

What do you enjoy most about the industry?

I like that it’s still small enough to be a community. Everyone knows everyone, which can make it easier to get things done at times.

What movie title would best describe your life?

Frozen. I mean, who can survive in a 73-degree environment?! Are we living in Antarctica?

Is there anything else you want readers to know about you?

Full introvert here, guys. I’m not weird, just awkward.

What does your work day typically look like?

Tranquil beachy office, great spa music playing, calming candle lit– serene environment–to do lists in front of me & 3 computer screens

What do you enjoy most about the industry?

The people, the opportunity to be creative… and the ability to meet new folks and help grow their businesses

When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?

I wanted to be a newscaster!

Is there anything else you want readers to know about you?

I always look for the good in people and see the glass 1/2 full! SMILE! Everyday is a GIFT! Give of yourself and you will be gifted in tenfolds!
